In the Box Class quarterfinals we would see Paula Holman of Pataskala dialing a 5.04 to the 5.35 of Tim Klopfenstein Jr. from Xenia. Paula would be better at the tree with a .523 and would take the win with a 5.055 run. Next would be Disco Dean Karns of Fairborn dialing a 5.43 to the 5.08 of Jason Ford from Kettering. Ford would get the starting line advantage with a .512 and would hold that to the finish line for the win on a 5.085 pass. The last pair for the round would be Sheldon Gerlach of New haven W.V. dialing a 5.02 to the 4.81 of William Hamilton of Cincinnati. Hamilton would have the better reaction time with a .501 and would take the win light with a 4.814 pass. In the semis it would be Holman
dialing a 5.04 to the 5.07 of Ford. Holman would take the reaction
time battle with a .512 and would get the breakout win on a 5.062
pass. William Hamilton had the bye run into the finals. In the No Box class we would see Bryan Fox of Springfield dialing a 5.74 to the 6.54 of Brad Day from Bowersville. Fox would get the better light with a .551, however it would be Day with the win light on a 6.548 pass. Next would be Rob Anthony of Cincinnati dialing a 5.99 to the 6.55 of Mike McKinney from Richmond, In. Anthony would go red moving McKinney to the semis. Doug Caplinger of Xenia had the bye run. In the semis it would be Caplinger dialing a 6.46 to the 6.53 of Day. Day would get the better light with a .520 and would take the win with a 6.578 run. McKinney would have the bye to the finals. In the Finals it would be McKinney dialing a 6.54 to the 6.46 of Caplinger. Caplinger would have the better light with a.521 and would take the win with a 6.469 pass. The Bike class quarterfinals would see Rick Haupt of Famersville dialing an8.55 to the 10.11 of Jeremy England from West Chester. Haupt would have the better light with a .540 and would take the win with an 8.651 ride. Next would be Larry Hunter of Xenia dialing a 9.38 to the 10.86 of Steve Withem from Fairborn. Hunter would have the better light with a .527 and would take the win with a 9.392 ride. Next up would be Roger Wilhelm Jr. From urbana dialing a 9.77 to the 8.69 of Burt Exman from Englewood. Trauth would get the better light with a .504 and would take the win with a 5.296 pass. Next would be Ron Baisden of Columbus dialing a 6.04 to the 5.22 of Jason Farquer from Hillsboro. Baisden would chop down the tree with a .5001 light and would take the win with a 6.062 pass. Next would be Michael Sturgill of Beavercreek dialing a 4.81 to the 4.80 of Roger Taylor from Beavercreek. Taylor would cut a .505 light and would take the win with a 4.810 pass. Sheldon Gerlach had the bye run into the semis. In the semis it would be Trauth dialing a 5.26 to the 4.80 of Taylor.
